R.E.N.E.W. Career Wellness Assessment

Completing the R.E.N.E.W. Career Wellness program is only as effective as your starting point. As human beings we have 6 human needs: food, water, shelter, sleep, community/connection, and novelty. Burnout has been declared a occupational phenomenon by the World Health Organization that impacts all 6 of our basic needs. Novelty creates the opportunity to learn and the potential to fail, which stimulates dopamine release in the brain. Without regular novelty, motivation wanes and a healthy sense of well-being is lost (Forbes). Completing this assessment will help start the engine on novelty for you.
